Meet Coach Kelsey

She thought she was under-conditioned.
Turns out she was under-fueled.

Before Kelsey dedicated her life to helping athletes level up through nutrition, she was a college basketball player. She trained harder than anyone — and as a point guard who prided herself on speed, she was barely keeping up with the slowest athletes on the team in conditioning. So she trained harder. Extra conditioning. Stayed late. Nothing worked.

Years later, after studying exercise physiology and nutrition, she realized she wasn't under-conditioned at all. She was under-fueled — training like a college athlete while eating like a kid.

No one was teaching this to athletes. Coaches focused on skills. Trainers focused on strength and speed. Nutrition was the missing piece — and athletes were paying for it, leaving results on the table.

So she built the playbook she wished someone had handed her. Today, Kelsey has coached 2,400+ athletes through it and built a community of 1.2M+ parents and athletes who are done guessing at nutrition.
